These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Versy Live mobile app and the website versylive.com (together, "the Service"), operated by droblixords LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Versy Live provides live scores, schedules, standings, statistics and related sports information for leagues including the NFL, college football, NBA, WNBA, MLB and NHL. Where available, the App may also let you watch live streams through a built-in player. The Service is free and supported by ads.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Scores, statistics, schedules, win probabilities and other data come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for general information and entertainment only. Do not rely on them for betting, wagering or any financial decision.

6. Third-party content and streams

Some content available through the Service, including live streams, is provided by third parties and is not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality or accuracy of third-party content. Your use of it is at your own risk and may be subject to the third party's own terms.

We respect the rights of content owners. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, email contact@versylive.com with: a description of the work, the location of the content in the Service, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review valid requests and remove or disable access to infringing content.

8. Trademarks and no affiliation

Versy Live is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, NCAA, NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL or any team, player or broadcaster. All league names, team names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the games and teams covered.

The Service shows ads from third-party advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for any products or services they promote. How ad partners use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
