This Privacy Policy explains how Versy Live ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Versy Live mobile app and the website versylive.com. The App is operated by droblixords LLC. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. No account needed
Versy Live does not require you to sign up or log in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal details to use the App.
2. Information stored on your device
Your favorite teams and app settings are saved locally on your phone. This data is not sent to our servers. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes it.
3. Information collected automatically
When you use the App, some technical information may be collected automatically by the App and by the third-party services listed below, such as:
- Device type, operating system version and app version
- IP address and general location derived from it (country or region level)
- Advertising ID
- App usage data, such as screens viewed, and crash or performance reports
We use this information to deliver scores and content, keep the App working, fix problems and show ads.
4. Push notifications
If you allow notifications, the App receives a push token from Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service) so we can send you alerts, for example for matches you choose. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
5. Advertising
Versy Live is free and supported by ads. Our advertising partners, AppLovin, Unity Ads and Google AdMob, may collect and use your Advertising ID and device information to show ads and measure their performance. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (on Android: Settings › Google › Ads).
6. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services: policies.google.com/privacy
- Firebase (Google): firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google AdMob: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- AppLovin: applovin.com/privacy
- Unity Ads: unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Live streams shown in the App may be delivered from third-party servers. Those servers may receive your IP address when a stream loads.
7. App permissions
The App requests only these permissions: internet access, network state, notifications and keeping the screen on while you watch. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
8. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above, so they can provide their services to the App, or when required by law.
9. Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information processed through the App. Data held by third-party services is kept according to their own retention policies.
10. Children's privacy
Versy Live is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your choices and rights
You can turn off notifications, reset your Advertising ID, opt out of personalized ads, or uninstall the App at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of your data. To make a request, email us at the address below.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
